中油集团资金管理模式分析

摘　　要：企业集团的资金管理模式是由集团的组织模式和财务管理体制决定的。CNPC的管理体制是居于集权和分权之间的集权与分权相结合的管理模式。与此相适应,CNPC在长期的探索中逐渐形成了具有石油特色的资金管理模式———财务公司与资金结算中心相结合的复合模式。它是CNPC适应市场经济发展的产物,是管理创新的体现。但在CNPC跨国经营战略下,应对现有资金管理模式进行扩充,以适应CNPC全球经营资金管理需要。The fund management model of an enterprise group is determined by its organization structure and financial management system. The management system of CNPC belongs to the management model which combines the centralization and decentralization of power. And accordingly in the course of long-term practice, CNPC set up gradually the fund management model of CNPC——the mixed model which combines financial corporation and central settlement and has characteristic of petroleum enterprises. And then this paper thinks that this model is the result from that CNPC adopted to market economic development and shows that the management innovation of CPNC. But under the new international business strategy, CNPC should improve and expand the current fund management model to meet the need of fund management in the course of global operation of CNPC.
