融通仓与物流金融服务创新

摘　　要：融通仓是一种物流和金融的集成式服务。首先给出融通仓的定义并阐述其系统结构;其次结合企业运营周期特点总结了融通仓的运作模式;最后探讨了融通仓的一个理论框架和风险管理系统。Finance, Transportation and Warehouse （FFW） is a new term for innovative service integrating logistics and finance, FTW was defined and its system structure was presented. Based on the cash-flow characteristics during different stages of a firm＇s operating cycle,three operational modes for FTW were summarized. Finally, a theoretical framework for the analysis of FTW was proposed.
