浅谈双螺旋CT在胆囊癌诊断中的价值

摘　　要：目的 本文回顾了18例胆囊癌，根据其超声和CT检查结果，分析了胆囊癌的CT形态学表现和增强特点及其在定性诊断中的价值，探讨影响胆囊癌早期检出的因素及如何选择适当的检查方法。方法 组18例经病理证实的胆囊癌，全部进行了超声和CT检查。结果 超声确诊12例，CT确诊18例。结论 超声发现胆囊内病灶与CT相仿，但定性能力低于CT。两者联合应用能提高胆囊癌的早期检出，并可准确估计病变范围。Aim This passage talks about 18 kinds of cyst cancers . According to the result of Uhrasound and CT in treating the cancers , it analyses the representations , characters of CT Morphologic and its worth in determining the nature, It＇s also about the reasons that influences the early check- up of cyst cancers and how to choose the right examining way .Ways The 18 kinds of cyst cancers have been proved and examined by Ultrasound and CT.The result 12 of them have been proved by Ultrasound ,18 by CT.Conclusion Ultrasound finds that the focus of infection is like CT ,butthe ability of determining the nature is worse than CT, If they two can be used together , it＇s good for the early check- up of cyst cancers, and we can reckon the pathological changes area exactly .
