摘　　要：本文讨论了PS-4型络筒机导纱原理,推导了导纱板理论轮廓曲线方程。并采用优化方法得出最佳的近似廓形曲线,以简化制造,同时给出了相关零件的系列尺寸参数。In this paper, the yarn guiding theory of a compact winder PS-4 has been discussed, and theoretical curve e-quation is deduced for guiding plate outline, and its optimum solution is found by optimizing method to facilitate the plate manufacturing. Based on it, sets of dimension of relevant components are given.
