摘　　要：介绍了基于现场板形控制模型而开发的板形控制离线分析软件的组成及其各模块的功能，以及该软件的实际应用效果：预报偏差小于5％。Based on the strip shape control model used in ultra-thin strip production line of Tangshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., the off-line simulation analysis system is developed.The system composition and functions are introduced. The prediction error is small than 5 % of the system used in practical production.
