摘　　要：针对马鞍山钢铁股份有限公司H型钢厂原自动换辊系统存在速度和安全方面的问题，对换辊系统的工艺、设备和自动控制系统进行了一系列改造，使每机架换辊时间从90min缩短到30min，而且更安全。The velocity and security problem of the automatic roll changing system in H-beam Mill of Maanshan Iron ＆ Steal Co., Ltd. are introduced, A series of measures in process, equipment and control system are taken, then the roll changing time reduces from 90min to 30 min, and is safer.
