摘　　要：介绍了衡阳华菱钢管(集团)有限公司108分厂锥形穿孔技术的开发应用情况，重点介绍了108分厂二辊锥形穿孔机、穿孔辊型、导板、顶头及穿孔滚花的设计和加工操作要点。该技术的开发成功解决了三辊轧管机组生产钢管的表面裂纹问题，使产量提高30％以上。The application of cone type piercer technology in Hengyang Hualing Steel Tube Co., Ltd. is introduced.Thedesign and operation key points of two-roll cone piercer, roll type, guide and roll knurl, etc.are mainly introduced.The surface crack of products can be eliminated by this technology, and the productivity increased more than 30%.
