摘　　要：用于立式蒸煮用的ＮＴＬ－４２０连续进料器应用微型筛条独特的设计，使浸渍后的蔗渣在蒸煮锅内压力达０．５～０．６ＭＰａ时进料连续、平稳，日处理量达５０～７５ｔ，而消耗电流仅为８０～１００Ａ。该机安全运行１５年，安全可靠、节约碱耗、提高蒸煮效率、减轻劳动强度、节能显著、造价低廉、维修操作简便，运行半年可收回全部投资。The NTL-420 continuous feeder for digestion is an unique design. It utilizes micro-screen bars and screw press to push forward the materials. Impregnated bagasse material can be fed continuously into the digester,within which the pressure reaches to 0.5～0. 6MPa. Capacity of this device is 50～75t/d and the working current is only 80～100 A. It has been put into operation for more than 15 years and proved to be reliable and safe. This type of feeder has a series of advantages, including high digestion efficienty,caustic soda and energy saving,convenient operation and reduced labor intensity. This device is made entirely of native materials. It costs so less that the whole investment can be recovered in 6 months after putting into operation. It can be considered as a new type of continuous feeder for digestion in China today.
