糊料流动性影响印花过程传质机理的探讨

摘  要:印花过程传质现象是复杂的动力学及热力学问题。从分子运动角度分析,糊料流动是高聚物大分子链段协同“跳跃”而实现整个分子质量中心位移,对传质具有直接影响。从印花织物印制效果参数与传质过程相应性分析,凡是影响糊料高聚物大分子链段运动的因素都将影响印花过程的传质现象。其中糊料中的染料从纤维外表面向纤维内表面扩散是传质控制步骤。The phenomenon of mass-tramsfer during printing is a complicated kinetic and thcrmo-dynamic problem. Analysing in the view of molecular kinetic theory, paste flowability is a shift of molecular mass center by the jump of polymer chain segment, and it affects the mass-transfer directly. As viewed from the relationship of the printing effect and the mass-transfer, all the elements affecting the movement of polymer chain segment of paste can affect the mass-transfer during printing. The diffusion of dye in paste from outer surface into internal surface of fibre is the control stage for mass-transfer.
