新型滤尘风机的研制初探

摘　　要：为了节约占地面积,充分利用回转气流的离心力,研制了新型滤尘风机。它的外型类似于离心风机,除了主要的风机部件外,还有其独特的锥形滤网、集灰罩和集尘袋。它靠高速旋转的滤网产生的离心力分离纤尘,同时空气又可经过滤网,达到既可滤尘又可送风的目的。锥形滤网是关键部件。从样机的工作情况来看,尚需继续不断改良和完善,前景是良好的。In order to cut down the areas used for equipments and to make full use of the centrifugal force, we arc developping a new type dust filtering fan. Its outline looks like a centrifugal fan. Besides the element parts of a fan, it specially has a cone filtering net, a dust collecting cover and a dust collecting bag. It is the centrifugal force produced by rotative filtering net with a high speed. That separates the fiber dust from the air. Simultaneously, the clean air can pass through the net. Thus, we can not only get rid of the dust, but transport the clean air. The cone filtering net is the key part of the whole fan. Considering its operating condition, the new dust filtering fan must have a promising future, provided that it has been ameliorated and perfected.
