摘　　要：项目管理技术已逐步形成一整套科学的理论原则和方法体系,在工业企业中也可得到广泛的应用。本文从项目管理的基本原理出发,针对大型企业技改活动的多项性和复杂性,根据实践工作中的一些经验摸索,初步探讨了多项目管理组织模式在大型企业技改活动中的应用。in recent years project management as a discipline has developed its unique methodology and scientific theories. It has gained wider acceptance in the industrial organizations. This paper analyzes the complexity and heterogeneity nature of large scale enterprise technology transformation program based on project management theories. This paper also proposes the application of multi project management theory on the project organization structure in the large scale enterprise technology transformation program.
