摘　　要：本文从现有项目管理软件的功能分析入手,找出现有项目管理软件功能与实际需求的差距,论述了基于4D模型的项目管理软件是其发展方向,提出了基于4D模型的项目管理软件的开发事例。Starting with the function analyzing of the existing project management software, the disparity of the function analyzing of the existing project management software and the practical requirement is founded out in this thesis. The point of view is discussed that the project management software based on 4D model is the development aspect. The developing example of the project management software based on 4D model is put forward.
