摘　　要：本文针对我国当前大型建筑施工企业的工程项目管理,对多项目管理的控制管理应用研究,通过建立项目办公室,管理区域市场,有效地协调分配现有的资源,解决需求的冲突,开发出可靠和可重复使用的系统。This paper conducts empirical study on the application of multi project management theory to the management of engineering projects in large scale construction companies in China. This paper develops the reliable and reusable system which features the establishment of project office, regional market management, the efficient allocation and coordination of the existing resources and the settlement of needs conflicts.
