摘　　要：本文通过阐述市场经济的特征与我国可行性研究与市场经济的关系,深入分析可行性研究在理论方法方面、约束机制方面和参编人员态度方面所存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策和建议。By elaborating the feature of market economy and the relation of market economy and feasibility study in China, this paper analyses deeply the problems of feasibility study in theory method, binding mechanism and attitude of the persons taking up feasibility study, and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures and advice.
