摘　　要：本文将通过讨论VPN技术和RADIUS用户认证技术的组成原理,采用VPN技术和RADIUS用户认证技术相结合的方法,解决当承载网络采用CDMA1X时的公共移动通信网的安全接入问题。A part of the security problem is that we must solve the security problem that we meet when we usa the net of public mobile telcomrnunication.ln the article,we will discuss the theories of the VPN and RADIUS and we will solve the security problem when we construct the system through the CDMA 1x by the technologies of the VPN and RADIUS.
