It gives in detail the structures of some gluorescent brighteners belonging to these types and predicts that the consumption of DSD acid will keep increasing by 5.27% annually pulling by the associated consumption china. It points out that the quality of DSD acid should be improved constandy to meet the demand of high quality and other types of fluorescent brighten- ers.
