网络互动 个性飞扬——《国家赔偿法》课程教学模式创新小记

摘　　要：课程教学模式改革是开放教育试点工作的核心和关键。我们已经在《国家赔偿法》这门课程的教学中初步构建起了“基于网络的双互动”的教学模式。具体而言,以《国家赔偿法》网络互动课程为载体,运用BBS、E-mail、QQ等网络互动工具,实现“教师——网络——学生”双互动和“学生——网络——学生”双互动。这一创新性教学模式大大激活了学员的学习热情,收到了较好的学习效果。Course teaching mode innovation is the core and key of open education experiment work. In the teaching of course “state compensation law”, we established the primary teaching mode that based on network double--interactions. In detail, it makes the network interactions course “state compensation law” as the carrier, uses network tools as BBS, E--mail, QQ, achieves the double--interactions of “teachers-network-students” and “students--network--students”. This teaching mode innovation greatly activated the study zest of students and got good teaching effect.
