摘　　要：高等教育的办学特色和质量,主要体现在学科专业建设的特色和质量。专业建设发展的前提是树立科学的专业发展观,包括坚持以人为本的专业建设理念、实现专业“结构、质量、规模、效益”四个因素的全面发展;专业建设的生命是改革创新,中文系从完善课程结构、优化课程体系,创新育人模式、强化技能训练,突出实践教学、改革教学管理,加强队伍建设、积蓄发展后劲等方面改革创新,使专业建设发展充满旺盛的生命力;专业建设发展的亮点是特色建设,中文系从树立特色理念、创建特色模式、实施特色教学、建设特色学科等方面入手,实施专业特色建设。Characteristic and the quality of colleges and universities mainly manifest in the characteristic and the quality of their specialities construction.The premise of speciality construction development is to set up the scientific speciality development view, including the persistence the concept of “ people first” in speciality construction and the realization of speciahies＇ full scale developments in four factors--“the structure, Ithe quality, the scale, the benefit”. The life of speciality construction is reform and innovation.Our Chinese department has reformed and innovated from the following aspects： consummating curriculum structure, optimizing curriculum system,innovating pattern of nurturing talent, strengthening skill training,prominently practicing the teaching,reforming teaching management, strengthening the troop construction, saving growth potential and so on. The luminescent spot in speciality construction development is the characteristic construction：Chinese department implements speciality characteristic construction by setting up idea of characteristics, founding characteristic pattern, implementing characteristic teaching, constructing characteristic courses.
