摘　　要：刻板效应在高校教学管理过程中有积极和消极作用。本文主要探讨其消极作用以及如何克服它们。Stereotype is one of important effects in colleges teaching and administration. It has positive and negative action. This article discusses the negative effect of stereotype in colleges teaching and administration, and it introduces some method to control these negative effeets.
