通阳宣痹法治疗慢性阻塞性肺病急性发作期临床研究

摘　　要：目的根据中医理论和临床实践,对慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)急性发作期的发病机理、辨证施治、理法方药的作用机理进行探讨,提出通阳泄浊、宣痹开结的治法。方法将64例患者随机分为治疗组43例与对照组21例,治疗组予复方薤白胶囊,对照组予头孢拉定,观察两组患者症状和体征、肺功能、免疫功能及肺动脉压等改善情况。结果治疗组总有效率86.05%,与对照组比较有显著性差异。结论通阳宣痹方药具有抗感染、解痉平喘、止咳化痰的综合作用;通阳宣痹法为防治COPD急性发作期及肺动脉高压提供了新的治法。Objective:According to the theory of TCM and the clinical practice,reaching the treatment of COPD in acute attack period,and suggesting the therapy Activating Stagnated Yang.Methods:Radomly divided patients into the treatment groups (43 patients) and the contrast group (21 patients).Compound Macrostem Onion Capsule (复方薤白胶囊 ) to those in the treatment group,and Cefradine capsule to in the contrast group.Symptom,lung function,immune function,PAP and so on of patients in both groups were measured.Results:Total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.05% ,which was superior to of the contrast group.Conclusion:The herb of Activating Stagnated Yang have the function of antiinfection,anticonvulsion and antiasthmatic,antitussitives and expectorants.
