摘　　要：本文分析了采用图案型偏转电极的全静电摄像管的特点，介绍了整管的结构设计。设计并制作了两种不同结构、性能良好的２／３英寸全静电摄像管，中心分辨率为４５０电视行，畸变小于１．５％。The characteristics of all-electrostatlc camera tubes with pattern yokes are analyzed,and the structural design of this kind Of camera tubes Is discussed.Two types of 2/3 inch co type camera tubes are designed and made.The central resolution of these tubes is 450 TV lines,and the geometrical distrotion is less than 1.5%
