股动脉穿刺术后血管吻合器的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨血管吻合器使用方法及临床使用价值。材料与方法:总结了22例股动脉介入术后,经股动脉造影显示无血管吻合器使用禁忌症,进行血管吻合器安装,记录操作时间,止血时间,制动时间。结果:22例安装吻合器患者18例1~2小时下床活动,4例有不同程度渗血。无1例并发症。结论:使用血管吻合器与传统手工压迫相比具有止血快、减少了并发症,取得了满意的疗效。Purpose： To study the clinical application and the clinical value of angioseal vascular stapler device by femoral artery. Materials and Methods： A prospective trail was carried out in 22 patients intervened by femoral artery. When the femoral artefiogram show no taboo of use angioseal vascular stapler device, insert angio^al vascular stapler device, record running time, haemostasis time, and record braking time. Results： 18 patients can out- of- bed activity after 1 - 2hour, 4 patients occur inequality degree capillary hemorrhage, No patients occur complication. Conclusion： Compared with orhodox oppression hemostasis, Angioseal vascular stapler device has more advantage in haemostasis time and complication,
