摘　　要：长输管道选用何种型式的钢管,应根据钢管的特征、工作状况及使用环境而定,对直径为508～813mm范围内的长输管道的用管情况进行了分析。指出直径小于508mm的管道,当工作压力不高于6.4MPa时,宜选用高频焊接的直缝管(ERW),当工作压力超过6.4MPa时,可选用无缝钢管;直径在508～813mm或大于813mm的管道,当工作压力低于6.4MPa时,可采用螺旋焊管,当工作压力超过6.4MPa时,宜选用UOE直缝焊管和焊后热处理的螺旋焊管。对长输管道重要地段的用管给出了选择,并实例分析了国内外长输管道的用管状况。Selection of line pipes for long distance pipeline depends on the pipes' characteristics, operational conditions and service environments. The application of line pipes in some long distance pipelines form 508 to 813 mm in diameter is analyzed, and the selection principles of line pipes are given below: (1) For pipeline with diameter less than 508 mm: when the operating pressure is not more than 6. 4 MPa, longitudinally-welded pipe (ERW) is proper; when the operating pressure is more than 6. 4 MPa, seamless pipe is proper. (2) For pipeline with diameters form 508 to 813 mm or more than 813 mm: when the operating pressure is less than 6. 4 MPa, spiral-welded pipe is proper; when the operating pressure is not less than 6. 4 MPa, longitudinally-welded pipe (UOE) and spiral-welded pipe with subsequent heat treatment are the best candidates. The applications of line pipes in long distance pipeines at home and abroad are analyzed with some cases.
