摘 要:论述了纤维柔软度和纸页相对结合面积(Relative bonded area,RBA)的计算测量方法,并比较了它们的优缺点,同时对RBA、抗张强度、光散射系数、纸页密度和纤维柔软度的相关性进行了探讨。在光散射系数和纸页密度线性相关的基础上,提出了一种不用计算纸页完全未结合时候的光散射系数S0,而用纸页密度来计算RBA值的新方法,同时提出了纤维柔软度的一种新的测量方法。通过两种全新方法的提出,为下一步以纸页密度为桥梁,用纤维柔软度来计算RBA提供了理论基础。The basic techniques for measuring the relative bonded area (RBA) and fiber flexibility index (FI) were presented in this paper, and their advantage and disadvantage were discussed too. The relationships among RBA, tensile strength, light scattering coefficient, sheet density and FI were investigated too. On the basis that the light scattering coefficient was linearly related to sheet density and a novel method for determining RBA was extrapolated with sheet density and without calculating the light scattering coefficient of a completely unbonded sheet. A new measuring method for measuring FI based on beam-bending theory was also developed. All these offered a strong theory support for determining RBA with FI by the aid of sheet density for the further investigation.
