摘　　要：经济的发展需要政府信息更加公开。警情是重要的政府信息,警情通报制度的建立是政府信息公开的一种新尝试。但是当前无论在理论还是实践中,警情通报制度还存在主体模糊不清、权利义务不明、内容不确定等诸多问题,亟待加以完善。The development of economy requires that the government information be open. The police alarm is important government information, and the establishment of the system of the alarm notification is a new attempt to open the government information. But the system still needs perfecting, for there are some problems in it theoretically as well as practically.
