摘　　要：贯彻实施《公安机关人民警察训练条令》是加强公安队伍正规化建设的一项重要举措。各级公安机关应强化认识,逐步健全民警教育训练机制,迅速培育民警训练典型和示范,将培训重心转移到以警务实战技能与战术为核心的训练上来。To carry out The Regulations of Training the People＇ s Police in the Public Security Institutions is an important measure to improve the regularization of the public security staff. The public security institutions of various levels should strengthen their awareness; gradually perfect the system of educating and training the people＇ s police. Swiftly cultivate models and examples of the training of the people＇ s police, and transfer the core of training to the emphasis upon training the practical competence and tactics of the police affairs.
