摘 要:阐述了纳米粒子在复合镀层制备过程中的沉积机理,并对纳米粒子复合镀层的结构、性能及其影响因素进行了分析。综述了近几年来国内外纳米粒子复合镀层的研究现状和发展趋势。分析了纳米粒子复合镀层比一般的复合镀层具有更高的硬度、更好的耐磨性、耐蚀性、高温抗氧化性和光、电催化性能的原因。最后,对纳米粒子复合镀技术的发展及其应用前景进行了展望。Mechanism of composite plating participated with nano-particles was elucidated. The structure and performance as well as the factors influencing the quality of composite coatings were reviewed and discussed. The state-of-the -art study and development of composite coatings with nano-particles was also reviewed. The reason why composite coatings with nano-particles are greatly improved in hardness, wear and corrosion resistances, photo and electro catalytic properties as compared with the conventional composite coatings was analyzed. The trend of composite coating technology with nano-particles was prospected.
