摘  要:目的:研究CD28+、CD8+CD28+、CD8+CD28-淋巴细胞在系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者外周血淋巴细胞中的表达情况。方法:应用CD3CD4CD8三标抗体和CD8CD28双标抗体对SLE患者淋巴细胞进行标记,用流式细胞仪测定CD3+、CD3+CD4+、CD3+CD8+、CD28+、CD8+CD28+和CD8+CD28-淋巴细胞的表达。结果:SLE患者外周血CD3+淋巴细胞明显高于健康对照组(P<0.05)。CD4/CD8T淋巴细胞比例明显倒置(P<0.01),CD3+CD8+淋巴细胞比健康对照组显著增加(P<0.01),其中以CD8+CD28-的T淋巴细胞增加为主(P<0.01),而CD8+CD28+淋巴细胞增加不明显(P>0.05),SLE患者外周血CD28+T淋巴细胞比健康对照组明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:SLE患者存在明显的T细胞功能失调。CD28+、CD8+CD28+(Tc)、CD8+CD28-(Ts)T淋巴细胞在SLE的发病机制和组织损伤中起重要作用。Objective: To study the expression of CD28^+ , CD8^+ CD28^+ , CD8^+ CD28^- lymphocytes of peripheral blood in patients with SLE. Methods: CD3^+ , CD3^+ CD4^+ , CD3^+ CD8^+ , CD28, CD8^+ CD28^+和CD8^+ CD28^- of patients with SLE were detected by a flowcytometry, after T lymphocytes were labelled with CD3CD4CD8 and CD8CD28 antibodies. Results: CD3^+ T cells of patients with SLE were significantly higher than that of the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). The ratio of CD4 and CD8 lymphocytes is inverted (P 〈 0.01). CD3^+ CD8^+ T cells of patients with SLE were significantly higher than that of the control group ( P 〈 0.01 ) and most of them are CD8^+ CD28^- T lymphocytes ( P 〈 0.01 ), while the change of CD8^ + CD28^ + lymphocytes is not obvious ( P 〉 0.05 ). CD28^+ T cells of patients with SLE were significantly lower than that of the control group ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: There was a obvious ruction disorder of T lymphocytes in patients with SLE. CD28^+ , CD8^+ CD28^+ (Tc), CD8^+ CD28^- (Ts) T lymphocytes may play an important role in the mechanism and tissue damage of SLE.
