高水基充填材料的研制与生产

摘　　要：本文简要介绍了以硫铝酸盐水泥为主的高水基充填材料的组份、特性、生产条件与用途等.高水基充填材料在大水灰比条件下,具有单浆缓凝、双浆速凝、早期强度高、悬浮性能好、不泌水等优良性能,适用于矿井巷旁支护,矿区充填,工程充填等.This paper shows components, characteristics, production conditions and application of the high-water based grouting material with majority of sulphoaluminate cement in it. Under the condition of large water-cement ratio, the high-water based grouting material has following advantages: retard-set for one kind of mortar; quick-set for a mixture of two kinds of mortar; high early strength; good suspension, no bleeding and so on.
