抗震止痉胶囊治疗血管性帕金森综合征32例临床观察

摘　　要：目的抗震止痉胶囊治疗血管性帕金森综合征(VP)临床疗效。方法62例VP病人随机分为治疗组32例和对照组30例,两组均行常规治疗,治疗组加用抗震止痉胶囊治疗。治疗前后分别行Webster症状评分及TCD检查。结果治疗组和对照组临床总有效率分别为81.25%、56.67%。治疗组治疗后评分下降、血流速度增加,均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论抗震止痉胶囊治疗VP疗效显著。Objective To study the effects of KZZJ capsule on VP. Methods Thirtytwo cases were given KZZJ capsule,Webster Scale and TCD were evaluated before and after 30 days of treatment. Results The scales of Webster in treatment group were decrease after 30 days treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）, The total curative effect in treatment group was obviously higher than that in contract group with 56.67 % （P〈 0.05 ）. The brain blood flows evaluated by TCD was significantly higher than that in contract group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion There is definite curative effective with KZZJ capsule on curing VP.
