摘　　要：缺血性中风是危害中老年人的常见病、多发病,其发病率、致残率高。近年来国内中医、中西医结合缺血性卒中研究进展较快,本文着重从辨证客观化、药理作用、脑缺血动物模型、问题与展望四个方面综述其现状,旨在进一步探索中医药防治该病的方向。Ischemic stroke is a frequent disease for middle and old age man, It has a high incidence and more often paralysed the patients. Recently, experimental research on cerebral ischemic stroke of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） and Chinese Integrative Medicine developed rapidly. This review will summarize the headway of experimental research on cerebral ischemic stroke stressly from the following aspect：The obgjectivity of symptom difference, remedy mechanism, animal model of cerebral ischemia, deficiency and prospect, so as to explore the preventation and treatment of this disease of TCM.
