摘　　要：《中华人民共和国渔业法》的实施,彻底改变了我国渔业发展无法可依的状态,但是,随着形势的变化和发展,渔业法执行起来存在诸多障碍。本文概述了渔业法实施的障碍,提出了排除渔业法实施障碍的对策。Implementing China fishery law changed the state of non-law completely during development of fishery economy. There are many obstacles in the process, which must be researched in theory, then resolved in practice. This paper summarized the obstacles of implementing fishery law and put forward countermeasures.
