摘　　要：体育经纪人在我国已经耳熟能详,浙江省的体育经纪人及其经纪活动也逐渐勃兴,但亦暴露出中介方式较为被动,代理业务层次不高,国际体育经纪业务所主导的帮助决策和经营管理能力还相当欠缺等问题。通过调查浙江省体育经纪人、体育经纪组织和体育经纪人行业协会的概况,并基于调查材料,对浙江省体育经纪业存在的主要问题,经纪市场的管理体制和发展策略提出理性思考和实践建议。In China, athletics broker is well known. The activity is also gradually rising in Zhejiang province, but There are gradually exposing out that the method are passive, the management level of business structure is lower than the other cases, and international management system for key problem for athletics broker for core contents for help for predominating make policying with operating managing the ability returning very lacking waiting the problem, now problem launching the relevant inquisition, which is my province general situation, athletics agent organizing general situation with athletics broker professional association general situation, and based on inquisition material with data, to my province athletics broking exsitting and resolving path, Zhejiang province athletics agent market of athletics agent business with develop the strategy to bring up the reasonableness to consider with practice the suggestion.
