^(99m)Tc-植酸钠骨髓显像对再生障碍性贫血的诊断

摘　　要：目的探讨99mTc-植酸钠骨髓显像在再生障碍性贫血(AA)诊断及鉴别诊断上的价值。方法65例经临床确诊的AA患者静脉注射99mTc-植酸钠后30min后,行全身骨髓前、后位显像。结果19例患者(29.2%)外周骨髓未见明显的放射性分布,中央骨髓放射性分布明显下降;40例患者(61.5%)表现为外周及中央骨髓放射性分布呈不同程度的减低,伴或不伴有局灶性浓聚灶,总的诊断符合率达到(90.7%)。其中3例患者显示脾脏轻度肿大,6例患者骨髓显像未见明显异常。结论99mTc-植酸钠骨髓显像不仅可以帮助诊断AA,而且对其疗效及预后判断均有重要的临床价值。Objective To assess the value of ^99mTc - sediumphytate bone marrow imaging in diagnosis of aplastic anemia. Methods 65 patients with aplastic anemia were underwent both anteposition and postposition bone marrow imaging after intravenous ^99mTc - sodiumphytate 30 minutes. Results There are 19 patients （29.2%） showed nearly no ^99mTc- sodiumphytate uptake in the peripheral of bone marrow, and decreasing obviously in the center of bone marrow. 40 patients （61.5 % ） showed ^99mTc - sodiumphytate uptake decreasing both center and peripheral of bone marrow, with or without focals whose uptake was increasing, The general coincidence rate of diagnosis was 90.7 %. There are 3 patients showed spleen enlargement mild. Only 6 patients（ 9.0 % ） showed no obviously abnormality in bone marrow. Conclusion The ^99m Tc - sodiumphytate bone marrow imaging showed helpful not only to the diagnosis of AA, but also to judge the curative effect and prognosis.
