摘　　要：本文简要介绍大庆乘风庄污水厂的工艺流程、设计特点及采用的新技术．对低浓度城市污水培养活性污泥的方法作了详细介绍．供我国北方城市污水处理厂设计时参考．This Paper introduces briefly the technological Process, the design characteristics and the new techniques in the Sewage Treatment Plant of Chengfeng Village in Daqing as well as the methods of culture of activated sludge in city sewage of low concentration, which may serve as references for sewage treatment plantS in the northern cities of China.
