摘　　要：诚信问题已成为我国社会发展的一个极为重要的问题。面对现实社会生活中存在的诚信缺失现象,全社会都在急切地呼唤诚信。在社会诚信体系中,关键环节在于政府的诚信,政府诚信起着基础性、决定性、导向性作用。然而,我国的政府诚信还存在一些问题,影响着我国社会信用体系的构建,亟待我们在提高认识的基础上加以解决。Integrity is a important problem in social development of China. Whole society need integrity in face of the lack of integrity in realistic society.The key aspect is govement integrity in social integrity system. Government integrity has the feature of base,decision and direction＇. However, there are many problems in our govermment integrity,they effect the construction of social integrity system,need resolve them in the basis of improving recognize.
