摘　　要：对大型水轮发电机应用弹性金属塑料推力瓦进行真机试验的计算机数字采集系统配置，和机组在各种运行工况下，瓦面油膜厚度、油膜温度、油膜压力的变化情况作了介绍。并通过对比，证实该塑料瓦的设计、制造正确，运行可靠，同时，为进一步认识推力轴承运行规律，提供了详实的资料。This paper introduces a computer digital acquisition system configuration used in the prototype test of elastic plastic-metal segment of large-sized water turbine, and the changes of film thickness, film temperature, film pressure of segment surface in various operation modes. By means of contrast, correct design and manufacture and reliable operation of the plastic-metal segments have been proved, moreover, it presents a set of detailed and accurate data for further understanding the running law of thrust bearing.
