现阶段居住郊区化异变问题研究

摘　　要：目前,随着城市化进程的加快,我国城市的居住 郊区化已成为不可逆转的事实,但我国的居住 郊区化具有与欧美发达国家不同的一些特征。 我国的居住郊区化异变是指居住在郊区的人口 已由最初的中高收入阶层变为中低收入阶层, 这种异变所带来的问题是很多的,如何缓解和 解决这些问题,推进我国的城市化进程是非常 值得研究的。Nowadays, with the high speed development of urbanization, the residential suburbanization in Chinese cities becomes an unchangeable fact, but it is quiet different from the American counterparts in many facets. The abnormal changes of residential suburbanization in this paper refers to the change of suburbanite from middle class to low income class. The abnormal change could bring many problems, so it is worth while to study the issue that how to use the development of American residential suburbanization as reference in order to revive and solve the problems, and as a push the development of Chinese urbanization,
