摘　　要：里耶秦简是21世纪最重大的考古发现,其学术价值,足以与敦煌文献、甲骨卜辞媲美。近年来,许多学者都在关注这批简牍的整理工作。湖南省文物考古研究所《湘西里耶秦简选释》对已经公开发表的30余枚简牍,进行了文字隶定、标点注释。本文正其误、补其阙,提出了一些新的见解。Liye strips of Qin are the greatest archaeological discovery in the 21st century, whose academic value is enough to match Dunhuang documents and Jiagu documents. Recently many scholars are making an effort to rearrange these strips. More than 30 strips published have been given explanatory note and punctuation marks. This paper tries to supplement some deficiency and put forward some interpretation.
