摘　　要：介绍了医院建立快速应急卫勤分队，提高在公共卫生突发事件中应急救治能力的主要做法：加强经常性思想教育，强化战备意识；结合任务要求，制定各种应急保障方案；平战结合，加强卫勤知识、组织指挥及救治技术训练，提高应急机动救治能力；抽组参加演习保障训练，提高在复杂环境下及实战背景下的保障能力。卫勤分队通过快速反应及科学救治，很好完成了重大交通事故、成批烧伤伤员的救治工作及支援首都抗击SARS任务。The article introduces the major practice of No 175 military hospital of PLA in establishing medical logistic team to increase rapid response ability for saving and treating patients in sudden public health event. Namely include intensifying the usual thought education of medical staff, reinforcing the awareness of combat prepare, according to task and request making up various schemes for guaranteeing emergence response, based on the guideline of “combine with management regulations in peaceful time or in war time” strengthening the team members＇ training of medical logistic knowledge, commanding, organizing ability and technique of saving and treating patients and participating the medical logistic training to enhance the ability of ensuring medical service under complicated environment and real battle background. Through rapid response and scientific treatment, it implemented successfully the work of treating the wounded in great traffic accident, batches of burning patients and finished the commission of helping Capital to fight against SARS satisfactorily.
