摘　　要：适宜的医疗费用支付方式能调节医疗服务供方、需方和保险方的利益关系，影响供方行为，控制医疗费用不合理增长。本文讨论了五种基本支付方式的优缺点并对其进行比较分析；介绍了国外支付方式改革的先进经验，简述我国支付方式现状。提出按病种支付能增加供方风险成本，抑制诱导需求，减缓医疗费用不合理增长。对我国支付方式的改革和发展提出几点设想。Appropriate means of payment of medical cost can accommodate the profit relationship among the providers of medical treatment , the accepters and the insurance agents, affect actions of the providers and control the illogical increase of the medical cost. The article discusses and comparatively analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of five basic means of payment. It points out that paid on categories of diseases will be the reasonable method of payment.
