摘　　要：简单介绍基于Web Service的学报编辑出版模式,以实例分析在线投稿、在线稿件管理等处理方式,在建立学报Web站点方面做了有益的尝试。Make a brief introduction of publishing and compiling of academic journal on the basis of web service, use living examples to analyze ways of handling of online contribution and its administration, etc; and make useful attempt on building academic journal websites.
