上海市儿童身高别体重百分位标准的研制

摘　　要：[目的]建立上海市0～11.5岁青少年儿童身高别体重(WFH)百分位、Z分法及百分比标准.[方法]采用分层整群随机抽样法,收集上海市区61 056名0～11.5岁儿童(男31 287名,女29 769名)1999～2001年身高和体重测量资料,应用LMS方法建立上海市0～11.5岁儿童WFH百分位曲线. [结果]运用LMS软件,分别获得0～11.5岁男女WFH百分位曲线各7条,为P 3、P 5、P 10、P 25、P 50、P 75、P 90和P 97,及Z分法标准.以P 50为基准获得超重及消瘦评估各项百分比标准. [结论]首次获得了上海市0～11.5岁男女童身高别体重百分位参考值.[Objective] To construct percentile references of weight for height （WFH） for children aged 0-11.5 years of urban Shanghai. [Methods] Randomized stratified clustered sampling method was used. The data of height and weight of 61 056 children （31 287boys, 29 769girls） measured in 1999-2001 in urban Shanghai were collected. [Results] By using LMS software, 7 curves of WFH percentile for children aged 0-11.5 years were constructed respectively. They were P 3, P 10, P 25, P 50, P 75, P 90 and P 97. The references for estimation of overweight and wasting have been obtained based on the percentiles of 50^th. [Conclusion] This is the first percentile references of the WFH for children developed for aged 0-11.5 years in Shanghai.
