摘　　要：通过组织理论和组织形式理论的文献对比分析,提出21世纪组织理论的发展方向是动态性的理论整合。通过对组织理论的对比性分析,认为组织理论发展的现状比较混乱,该现状同样表现在实践性更强的组织形式研究现状中。最后通过对大量组织理论进行分析总结,提出组织理论动态整合的动因和要点。Based on a contrastive analysis among perspectives from organization theory and organizational form theory, we come to the conclusion that the dynamic theory integration of organization theory is coming at the dawn of 21 century. In this paper, we chose three dimensions, i.e. , open/closed system, micro/macro, static descriptive/dynamic normative. To confirm the conclusion, we contrast the results from organizational form theory. Then, we come to a concept framework for the dynamic integration of organization theory.
