摘　　要：加强和改进高校青年学生思想政治工作,要适应新时期的需要,在工作方式、工作机制、阵地建设等方面切实转变传统的做法,不断寻求解决问题的新方法、新思路。Enhancing and improving the undergraduates＇ ideological and political work should meet the need of new era, convert the traditional work method on the aspects of mode, system, positional work method on the aspects of mode, system, position building and so on, look for new ways and thoughts to solve the problems constantly.
