摘　　要：民主法治是和谐社会的基本特征之一。经济学视野下法治对构建和谐社会的当代价值表现为:保障经济活动的良性运行;保障激发经济活力的技术创新;保障市场资源的有效利用;保障市场经济公平价值追求。Democracy and government by law are basic characteristics of harmonious society. Present values of government by law in economics on building harmonious society are ensure the benign operation of economy activity, ensure the technology innovation to inspire the economy energy, ensure the effective utilization of market resourse, ensure the equity of market economy.
