摘 要:目的:探讨单侧后牙反牙合髁突前伸运动轨迹的特征并比较与正常牙合之间的差异。方法:正常牙合5人,单侧后牙反牙合7人,采用计算机化的髁突运动轨迹Ⅰ型描记仪及分析软件,记录下颌最大前伸运动时髁突在水平面及矢状面上的运动轨迹。结果:单侧后牙反牙合者前伸后退运动轨迹多不重合,反牙合侧前伸髁道斜度明显大于对侧。结论:单侧后牙反牙合者存在前伸牙合干扰,其两侧颞下颌关节不对称。Objective: To study character mandibular movement tracings during mandibular protrusion in patients with unilateral posterior crossbite and compare the difference with normal occlusion. Method-The samples included seven unilat- eral posterior crossbite patients with at least two crossbite posterior teeth and five cases with normal occlusion . The tracings of condylar movement in right and left parasagittal planes during protrusion and retrusion were recorded by computeraided axiography . Data were transfered into computer and analyzed with gamma dental software for windows . The drifts in X, Y, Z coordinate of condylar movement, the transverse condylar inclination from the orbital axis line and the hori- zontal condylar inclination were compared respectively. Result: The tracing of mandibular movement during protrusion didn' t match with that during retrusion. The shape of inclination of protrusion was significantly flatter in the affected side than that in the another side. Conclusion: Protrusion occlusion disturbance existes in the patients with unilateral posterior crossbite and its bilateral temporomandibular is asymmetric.
