浅谈篮球运动员篮球意识的培养

摘　　要：一个优秀运动员必须具有自觉、积极的“篮球意识”，而“篮球意识”的形成并非一时之事，它必须有较长时间的潜移 默化的熏陶、渗透。为此，笔者认为，培养篮球运动员的“篮球意识”更重要的是要从初学者抓起，从各方面逐步培养，只有这样才 能加快这一意识的形成。笔者对篮球运动员“篮球意识”的培养进行了分析，提出培养“篮球意识”的方法。With the development of basketball sport, the basketball consciousness of basketball players have more and more effect on winning or failure of a match. Therefore the an excellent athlete should have spontaneous and active basketball consciousness, but the basketball-consciousness can not be formed at one moment and it can be imperceptibly influenced. So cultivating such consciousness should start with learners＇ training and it can be quickly formed. The paper analyses its cultivation and proposes some viewpoints on it.
