摘　　要：从国内对日本风险投资的研究来看,基本上都是肯定日本的风险投资制度,而笔者的研究却表明日本的风险投资制度比较保守,不利于高新技术企业的发展,我国应该汲取它的经验教训,避免走类似的弯路。Studies conducted at home of the risk investment of Japan seem to basically endorse Japan＇s risk investment system, while the research findings of the writer of this paper shows that Japan＇s risk investment system is conservative to a fault and, as a result, adversely affects the development of new and high-tech businesses. It is suggested in this paper that China should learn the lesson from Japan and avoid taking similar detours as Japan has done.
