摘 要:研究了秸秆根茬粉碎还田联合作业工艺,并对秸秆根茬粉碎还田联合作业机的总体配置及传动系统的设计特点进行了阐述。试验表明,秸秆根茬粉碎还田联合作业工艺及配套机具能满足保护性耕作农艺要求,具有先进、实用、可行的特点。The present situation of the existing stalk mulching operations home and abroad was analyzed in brief, the combined stalk/stubble breaking and mulching operation technique was studied and discussed, and the design features of the general arrangement and transmission system of the stalk/stubble breaking combine was described. The machine is capable of performing both the combined stalk/stubble breaking operation and the independent stalk mulching operation or stubble breaking and mulching operation, one for three purposes. The tests showed that the combined stalk/stubble breaking and mulching operation technique and the related machine could meet the modern agrotechnical requirements for conservative farming.
